How To Drain A Series 60 Pump
Please watch the video below for instructions on draining your Bell & Gossett Series 60 Pump.
Our tried and trusted Bell & Gossett Series 60 pumps are available with highly efficient optional ECM motors as stock part numbers. These variable speed motors with motor mounted interface adjust motor speed to match flow and head requirements, thus substantially reducing power consumption. The user interface allows for manual adjustment or remote control via 10 VDC input/output. Series 60 pumps with ECM motors are not only more efficient than their standard induction motor counterparts, they are quieter, vibrate less, and have a lower total lifetime cost of ownership.
Available in pipe sizes from 1” to 3”, with single phase ECM motor sizes from ½ HP to 1 HP at variable speeds up to 1725 RPM. Available in bronze-fitted construction. Flows to 200 GPM and heads up to 28 feet.
The Series 60 is a maintenance-free pump and motor design, providing worry-free, install-and-forget operation. The design also incorporates the XL-11 precision-crafted bearing system. Advanced fluid passage construction, permanently lubricated motor, and the hydraulically balanced impeller enhance quiet operation beyond the extensive noise and vibration reducing characteristics of the optional ECM motor.
