UPS Impact of the Coronavirus on Service Guarantee.

Within the U.S., UPS is designated among the government’s critical infrastructure and, therefore, continues to operate. The Novel Coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented complexities, which have required us to constantly reassess our operations. Our highest priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
We ship within the Continental United States only. We ship UPS unless it's palletized. For an explanation of UPS shipping options please visit UPS directly. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We try and get most orders out the same day if possible during normal business ours. Our order cut-off time is 12:00 pm West Coast Time to still make it out the same day via UPS. All orders placed after 12:00 pm West Coast time will ship the following day. If you wish to use a freight forwarding company National Pump Supply cannot be held liable for any damage after an exchange with a freight forwarding company. As soon as a shipment is confirmed and picked up by UPS or one of our shipping companies, National Pump Supply cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or missing packages or items. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
Alaska & Hawaii: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that rates for regular ground freight to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to change based on the carriers rates at the time of shipment. We will estimate the shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii at the time of order but actual shipping cost may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We offer free shipping on many items and these are shipped using UPS regular ground. If you would like your shipment other than regular ground standard shipping rates will apply. Please contact us for exact shipping cost. Once items have shipped and left the warehouse National Pump Supply is not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process. You must contact the shipper directly and file a claim with the shipping company. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns and National Pump Supply will not be responsible for return shipments lost or damaged that are returned by customers.

Warranty:
For items provided by National Pump Supply, but manufacture by others, National Pump Supply extends the manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer.
Warranty requires install, start-up and operation as per manufacturers IOM. If the deliverables do not conform to the above applicable warranty, and if the Buyer promptly notifies National Pump Supply, National Pump Supply shall thereupon, if it confirms the existence of the defects, correct defects, including non-conformance with the specification, either (at National Pump Supply’s option) by repairing at no charge to Buyer the defective spare part or equipment furnished hereunder, or by making available at the Buyer’s location necessary replacement products.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH: (I) IS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN ORDINARY COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION BY BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS; (II) IS DUE TO ADJUSTMENT, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY National Pump Supply OR MANUFACTURER; OR, (III) IS DUE TO STORAGE OR USE IN AN IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT, EXCESSIVE OR INADEQUATE HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING, AND ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, SURGES OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES WHILE IN THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS. National Pump Supply IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY HARDWARE OR COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEMS WHICH ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AS SET FORTH IN National Pump Supply’s TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. National Pump Supply SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERABLES THAT WERE SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, VANDALISM OR MISUSE. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND SHALL APPLY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND FREEDOM FROM THIRD PARTY INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS.
