Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
National Pump Supply does not except returns after 30 Days of the purchase date. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns. Returned products do not qualify for free shipping and shipping fees will be deducted at time of refund. You must fill out the form below and contact National Pump Supply for approval of any return and obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and the RMA number. Please note that all custom-built pumps are nonreturnable as they are built to order. All custom ordered pumps and pumps built in house are not returnable, and all sales are final. If a pump is not in stock and we have the parts to build it, these pumps are non-returnable and all sales are final. Any item that must come from the factory is non-returnable without approval of the factory. All shell & tube heat exchangers and tube bundles are non-returnable as they are custom built to order, and all sales are final. In certain circumstances we will accept returns but there is a 25% re-stocking fee on all stocked items. There is a 40%-50% re-stocking fee on items that must come from the factory, and this is the fee the factory charges us to return the item and this only applies to non-stocked items that must come from the factory. We do not accept returns on custom built pumps or factory orders and all sales are final. Once a pump has been installed, we cannot accept a return on that item. If the item qualified for free shipping at time of order and we agree to accept the return the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the delivery and the return. If you have issues with the pump, please call us and we can send it to the factory for inspection to find the cause of the issue and if the pump proves to be defective the factory will be responsible under their warranty policy to handle the replacement. We will be happy to assist you with any problems you might have.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. It takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive it, and it takes 5 to 10 business for the bank to process the refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via the email link below with your order number. We will then create an RMA number for you to reference on your return and the warehouse address to send the item back to. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship to the Continental United States Only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most orders will ship the same day if placed by 2:00 pm pacific standard time but please check with us on the item you need to ensure we have it in stock. Items not in stock will ship factory direct normally within 7-10 days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We offer free shipping on most orders over $300.00 that weigh less than 50 pounds. Orders over 50 pounds do not qualify for free shipping.
