SHIPPING:
We ship within the Continental United States only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We offer free shipping on many items and these are shipped using UPS regular ground. If you would like your shipment other than regular ground standard shipping rates will apply. Please contact us for exact shipping cost and if you wish to pay for shipping insurance before the order has been shipped, we are not responsible once an order has shipped. Once items have shipped and left the warehouse National Pump Supply is not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process or missing items. If you order is lost you must contact the shipper directly and file a claim with the shipping company, National Pump Supply cannot gaurantee delivery of an order or damage caused during the shipping process. Customer agree's to contact the shipping company directly and file a claim with the shipping company.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You must contact NationalPumpSupply.com for approval of any return and obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and the RMA number. All sales are final. In certain circumstances we will accept returns but there is a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns on custom built pumps or factory orders and all sales are final. Once a pump has been installed we cannot accept a return on that item. If the item qualified for free shipping at time of order and we agree to acept the return the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the delivery and the return. If you have issues with the pump please call us and we can send it to the factory for inspection to find the cause of the issue and if the pump proves to be defective the factory will be resonsible under their warranty policy to handle the replacement. We will be happy to assist you with any problems you might have.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Customer Error/Cancellation/Returns:
National Pump Supply does not except returns after 30 Days of the purchase date. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns that are a result of customer error or order cancellation. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom configured or special order products such as factory orders are non-returnable. Any factory order that is cancelled is subject to the factory cancellation charges. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, packaging, and processing costs. Orders returned within 30 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns and National Pump Supply will not be responsible for return shipments lost or damaged that are returned by customers.
Damaged Goods/Company Error/Manufacturer's Defect:
Returns will not be accepted after 30 Days. Orders returned within 30 days that are approved will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount, minus freight. If your order was shipped via UPS, National Pump Supply will provide you with a return label that you must print and attach to the original package. You can drop off the package at a UPS store or hand off to a UPS driver. The UPS pickup tag will have all return address information including the order number and the (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. If your order was shipped by truck line, NationalPumpSupply.com will schedule a truck to pick-up the return item. Carrier will arrive within 5 to 7 business days to pick up the order. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.
Warranty:
For items provided by National Pump Supply, but manufacture by others, National Pump Supply extends the manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer.
Warranty requires install, start-up and operation as per manufacturers IOM. If the deliverables do not conform to the above applicable warranty, and if the Buyer promptly notifies National Pump Supply, National Pump Supply shall thereupon, if it confirms the existence of the defects, correct defects, including non-conformance with the specification, either (at National Pump Supply’s option) by repairing at no charge to Buyer the defective spare part or equipment furnished hereunder, or by making available at the Buyer’s location necessary replacement products.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH: (I) IS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN ORDINARY COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION BY BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS; (II) IS DUE TO ADJUSTMENT, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY National Pump Supply OR MANUFACTURER; OR, (III) IS DUE TO STORAGE OR USE IN AN IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT, EXCESSIVE OR INADEQUATE HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING, AND ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, SURGES OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES WHILE IN THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS. National Pump Supply IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY HARDWARE OR COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEMS WHICH ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AS SET FORTH IN National Pump Supply’s TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. National Pump Supply SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERABLES THAT WERE SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, VANDALISM OR MISUSE. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND SHALL APPLY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND FREEDOM FROM THIRD PARTY INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS.
