Returns:
National Pump Supply does not except returns after 30 Days of the purchase date. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns. Returned products do not qualify for free shipping and shipping fees will be deducted at time of refund. You must fill out the form below and contact National Pump Supply for approval of any return and obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and the RMA number. Please note that all custom built pumps are non returnable as they are built to order. All custom ordered pumps and pumps built in house are not returnable, and all sales are final. Any item that has to come from the factory is non-returnable without approval of the factory. All shell & tube heat exchangers and tube bundles are non-returnable as they are custom built to order and all sales are final. In certain circumstances we will accept returns but there is a 25% re-stocking fee on all stocked items. There is a 40%-50% re-stocking fee on items that have to come from the factory and this is the fee the factory charges us to return the item and this only applies to non stocked items that have to come from the factory. We do not accept returns on custom built pumps or factory orders and all sales are final. Once a pump has been installed we cannot accept a return on that item. If the item qualified for free shipping at time of order and we agree to accept the return the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the delivery and the return. If you have issues with the pump please call us and we can send it to the factory for inspection to find the cause of the issue and if the pump proves to be defective the factory will be responsible under their warranty policy to handle the replacement. We will be happy to assist you with any problems you might have.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. It takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive it, and it takes 5 to 10 business for the bank to process the refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us via the email link below with your order number. We will then create an RMA number for you to reference on your return and the warehouse address to send the item back to. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all standard off the shelf items and 40%-50% on special factory ordered pumps that the factory has agreed to take back and that are a result of customer error or order cancellation. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Pumps built in house and built to order items are non-returnable. Custom configured or special order products such as factory orders are non-returnable. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, packaging, and processing costs. All returns must be in original packaging. Orders returned within 30 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns and National Pump Supply will not be responsible for return shipments lost or damaged that are returned by customers.
Damaged Goods/Company Error/Manufacturer's Defect
Returns will not be accepted after 30 Days. Orders returned within 30 days that are approved will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount, minus freight. Items that have been installed and used cannot be returned. You must contact us to get a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to any return so it's processed properly. If your order was shipped by truck line, NationalPumpSupply.com will schedule a truck to pick-up the return item. Carrier will arrive within 5 to 7 business days to pick up the order. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns and any damage caused during the shipping back to National Pump Supply is the responsibility of the shipping company and or customer.

Warranty:
For items provided by National Pump Supply, but manufacture by others, National Pump Supply extends the manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer.
Warranty requires install, start-up and operation as per manufacturers IOM. If the deliverables do not conform to the above applicable warranty, and if the Buyer promptly notifies National Pump Supply, National Pump Supply shall thereupon, if it confirms the existence of the defects, correct defects, including non-conformance with the specification, either (at National Pump Supply’s option) by repairing at no charge to Buyer the defective spare part or equipment furnished hereunder, or by making available at the Buyer’s location necessary replacement products.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH: (I) IS DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN ORDINARY COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION BY BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS; (II) IS DUE TO ADJUSTMENT, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY OR MANUFACTURER; OR, (III) IS DUE TO STORAGE OR USE IN AN IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT, EXCESSIVE OR INADEQUATE HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING, AND ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, SURGES OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES WHILE IN THE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OF BUYER OR ITS CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTORS. NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS CAUSED BY HARDWARE OR COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEMS WHICH ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AS SET FORTH IN NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY'S TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION. NATIONAL PUMP SUPPLY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERABLES THAT WERE SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, VANDALISM OR MISUSE. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND SHALL APPLY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND FREEDOM FROM THIRD PARTY INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS.
